Omschrijving
Woonhuis, in 1911 gebouwd op rechthoekige plattegrond, één bouwlaag hoog met kapverdieping. Geheel opgetrokken in roodbruine baksteen en voorzien van gepleisterde plint en gepleisterd fries.
De voorgevel is een symmetrische lijstgevel met centrale ingangspartij met houten paneeldeur met smeedwerk en natuurstenen stoep. Aan weerszijden van de ingang twee houten H-vensters; gevelopeningen afgesloten door getoogde strek voorzien van gepleisterde hoekblokken en diamantkop als sluitsteen. Fries met geprofileerde houten bakgoot.
De zijgevels zijn op de begane grond voorzien van hoge, smalle schuiframen (in zuidgevel vernieuwd) en in de top van twee houten T-vensters. Gevelopeningen met dezelfde afsluiting als in voorgevel.
De achtergevel (langsgevel) is voorzien van een centrale ingangspartij met vernieuwde deur. Aan weerszijden twee vernieuwde vensters; alle gevelopeningen met dezelfde afsluiting als in voorgevel. Aan de zuidzijde van de achtergevel een recent aanbouwtje. De gevel wordt afgesloten door een eenvoudige, gepleisterde lijst op houten klosjes. Het woonhuis heeft een zadeldak gedekt met gesmoorde groefpannen.
In het interieur zijn geen monumentale waarden aanwezig.

Description
Dwelling house, built in 1911 on rectangular ground plan, one storey high with roof-loft storey. Entirely built of reddish-brown brick and furnished with plastered plinth and plastered frieze.
The front facade is a symmetrical cornice-topped facade with central entrance section with wooden panelled door with wrought iron and natural stone step. On either side of the entrance two wooden H-windows; gable openings closed off by arched straight arch furnished with plastered corner blocks and diamond head as keystone. Frieze with profiled wooden rain gutter.
The side facades are on the ground floor furnished with high, narrow sash windows (in south facade renewed) and in the gable of two wooden T-windows. Gable openings with the same closure as in front facade.
The rear facade (gable facade) is furnished with a central entrance section with renewed door. On either side two renewed windows; all gable openings with the same closure as in front facade. On the south side of the rear facade a recent small extension. The facade is closed off by a simple, plastered cornice on wooden blocks. The dwelling house has a gabled roof covered with slurred groove tiles.
In the interior no monumental values are present.
