Koetshuis gelegen achter het woonhuis Ulvenhoutselaan 15, gebouwd omstreeks 1840.
Omschijving
Eenlaags pand, opgetrokken in baksteen en gedeeltelijk bepleisterd en/of geschilderd. Het pand is voorzien van een zadeldak gedekt met hoofdzakelijk rode oud-Hollandse pannen. In de voorgevel dubbele deuren en een dubbel luik, in de rechtergevel halfronde vensters. Aan de voorzijde, naast de deuren, een stuk historische tuinmuur.
Waardering
Het omstreeks 1840 gebouwde koetshuis is van algemeen belang vanwege:
- de functionele en visuele samenhang met het hoofdgebouw;
- de gaafheid van hoofdvorm en materialen;
- de samenhang met de andere, voor Ginneken karakteristieke buitenhuizen en -plaatsen.

Single-storey building, constructed in brick and partly rendered and/or painted. The building is provided with a gabled roof covered mainly with red old Dutch tiles.
