Villa gebouwd rond 1905-1910 in de stijl van de Art Nouveau in opdracht van Evert Bulder, handelaar in paarden. Het pand is van 1923 tot 1972 als boerderij gebruikt, vanaf 1972 is het als woonhuis in gebruik. De bescherming betreft het exterieur.

Villa bestaande uit dwars voorgeplaatst woonhuis met een achterhuis, beiden voorzien van een gepleisterde plint, bakstenen opbouw met een speklaag en gedekt door een inzwenkend zadeldak met geglazuurde muldenpan. Het dwars voorgeplaatste woonhuis heeft in het voorste dakschild twee dakkapellen onder lessenaardak voorzien van Art Nouveau roedeverdeling; brede gootlijst op opengewerkte klossen met fries. De symmetrisch opgebouwde voorgevel heeft een uitspringende en verhoogde middenpartij; portaal ingeleid door twee rood granieten zuiltjes op hardstenen basis; aan bovenzijde een hardstenen waterlijst waarop een gepleisterde rondboog rust. De wangen van het portaal zijn bekleed met geglazuurde tegels waarin Art Nouveau-motieven. Art Nouveau-deur met zij- en bovenlichten; hardstenen onderdorpels. Boven het portaal een op opengewerkte consoles rustende erker met Art Nouveau snijwerk. Boven de erker een inzwenkende topgevel met imitatie-vakwerk en een rondboog venster met drie stijlen. Het verhoogde middenstuk wordt afgedekt door een inzwenkend zadeldak met brede gootlijst (zijkanten op opengewerkte klossen); bekroond met pinakel. Aan weerskanten van het portaal twee rechtgesloten vensters met scheef ingezette hardstenen lekdorpels en bewerkte hardstenen lateien waarboven een hanekam. Zijgevels zijn beide als inzwenkende topgevels met imitatie-vakwerk opgezet; drievoudig gekoppelde ramen. Het achterhuis heeft in de zijgevels staafankers. De oostgevel heeft drie rechtgesloten vensters als in woonhuis, deur met zij- en bovenlichten waarin roedeverdeling; kleine rechtgesloten vensters en staldeuren met bovenlichten. De achtergevel heeft in het midden een baander (nu met glas) voorzien van zijlichten en betonnen latei; links een hoog geplaatst gekoppeld negen-ruits raam; rechts een staldeur (glas) met bovenlicht; topgevel voorzien van imitatie-vakwerk met (gewijzigde) zolderdeur met bovenlicht en aan weerszijden een twaalfruits zolderraam. Aan de westzijde een platte aanbouw voorzien van geprofileerde gootlijst op opengewerkte klossen en drie rechtgesloten vensters met scheef ingezette hardstenen onderdorpel, hardstenen onderdorpel en latei waarboven een rondboog nis. Het voorste gedeelte van de platte aanbouw zonder gootlijst. Hierin zitten drie rechtgesloten vensters (onderlicht met middenstijl; twaalfruits bovenlicht). Aan voorzijde een rondboog zonder baanderdeuren (verdwenen). Westelijk gedeelte verder nog met twee vensters als in voorgevel en een loopdeur met bovenlicht.

Villa consisting of a transverse forward-placed residential house with a rear house, both provided with a rendered plinth, brick superstructure with a decorative band course and covered by an inswung gabled roof with glazed curved pantiles. The transverse forward-placed residential house has in the front roof slope two roof dormers under a sloped roof provided with Art Nouveau glazing bars; broad gutter moulding on openwork corbels with frieze. The symmetrically arranged front facade has a projecting and raised central section; entrance portal introduced by two red granite columns on ashlar base; at the top a stone drip moulding on which a rendered rounded arch rests. The sides of the portal are clad with glazed tiles with Art Nouveau motifs. Art Nouveau door with side and fanlights; ashlar weatherings. Above the portal a bay resting on openwork consoles with Art Nouveau carved work. Above the bay an inswung gable with imitation half-timber and a rounded window with three mullions. The raised central section is covered by an inswung gabled roof with broad gutter moulding (sides on openwork corbels); crowned with a pinnacle. On either side of the portal two rectangular windows with obliquely set ashlar weatherings and worked ashlar lintels topped with a cock's comb. Side facades are both arranged as inswung gables with imitation half-timber; triple-coupled casements. The rear house has wall anchors in the side facades. The east facade has three rectangular windows as in the residential house, door with side and fanlights with glazing bars; small rectangular windows and stable doors with fanlights. The rear facade has in the centre a baander (now glazed) provided with side lights and concrete lintel; to the left a high-placed coupled nine-pane window; to the right a stable door (glass) with fanlight; gable provided with imitation half-timber with (modified) loft door with fanlight and on either side a twelve-pane loft window. On the west side a flat extension provided with moulded gutter moulding on openwork corbels and three rectangular windows with obliquely set ashlar weathering, ashlar weathering and lintel topped by a rounded arch niche. The front part of the flat extension without gutter moulding. This contains three rectangular windows (lower light with central mullion; twelve-pane upper light). At the front a rounded arch without baander doors (disappeared). Western section further still with two windows as in front facade and a walk-through door with fanlight.
