Inleiding
Bijschuur gebouwd als stookhok, varkensschuur en potstal in 1909 naar ontwerp van G. Otten Jzn. hoofdzakelijk in een ambachtelijk-traditionele stijl met gebruikmaking van Art Nouveau details.
Omschrijving
Langgerekte schuur in baksteen opgetrokken en gedekt door een zadeldak met tuile du nord pannen. Windveer en schoorsteen. Voorzijde heeft topgevel met twee T-venster met drieruits bovenlicht; in de top een rondvenster. Oostelijke zijgevel met loopdeur met Art Nouveau snijwerk; staldeuren en gietijzeren stalvensters; (vernieuwde) goot op klossen; staafankers. De westgevel heeft enkele deelbare staldeuren en gietijzeren stalvensters. Achtergevel met getoogde baander en een daarboven geplaatst hooiluik met aan weerszijden een getoogd gietijzeren venster; vogelgaten in de top.
Waardering
Bijschuur van cultuurhistorisch, architectuurhistorisch en stedebouwkundig belang als essentieel onderdeel van het complex. Gaaf.

Auxiliary shed built as stoke house, pig shed and potting shed in 1909 designed by G. Otten Jzn. mainly in a craftsman-traditional style with use of Art Nouveau details.
Description
Elongated shed built in brick and covered by a gabled roof with tuile du nord slates. Wind vane and chimney. Front side has gable with two T-windows with three-pane fanlight; in the apex a round window. Eastern side facade with passage door with Art Nouveau carving; stable doors and cast-iron stable windows; (renewed) gutter on corbels; rod anchors. The west facade has some divisible stable doors and cast-iron stable windows. Rear facade with arched baander and above it placed hay loft with on either side an arched cast-iron window; bird holes in the apex.
Valuation
Auxiliary shed of cultural historical, architectural historical and urban planning importance as an essential component of the complex. Intact.
