Inleiding
Boerderij van het dwarsdeeltype en neigend naar het krimpentype. Gebouwd rond 1875 in een ambachtelijk-traditionele stijl. Het voorerf is bestraat met klinkers tot aan de weg.

In baksteen opgetrokken boerderij bestaande uit een voorhuis met afgewolfd pannendak (geglazuurde platte fries) met twee schoorstenen (met platte kap) en een bedrijfsgedeelte met een afgewolfd rietdak. Het voorhuis, voorzien van een gepleisterde plint, heeft een symmetrische voorgevel met inzwenkende zijstukken. Centraal een hardstenen stoep naar een paneeldeur met sierrooster en bovenlicht voorzien van deuromlijsting. Aan weerszijden een licht getoogd zes-ruits schuifraam met hardstenen onderdorpel en hanekam. Verdieping met vier-ruits schuiframen met dito onderdorpel en hanekam. Kroonlijst met goot op klossen. Zijgevels met licht getoogde zes-ruits schuiframen, staafankers en een geprofileerde goot. Westelijke zijgevel met twee kelderramen met diefijzers, toegangsdeur (vernieuwd) met bovenlicht met roedeverdeling; daarnaast een zes-ruits schuifraam. Tussen de deur en het raam zit tegen de daklijst een rondvenster. Rechts een rechtgesloten baanderdeur met overhoeks geplaatste vier-ruits ramen. Schuin ingezette wagendeur (vernieuwd). Schuurgevels met afwisselend een halfrond gietijzeren stalraam en mestdeuren; staafankers. Achtergevel met vlechting, loopdeuren en halfronde gietijzeren stalvensters en daarboven twee rijen halfronde gietijzeren zoldervensters. In de oostelijke zijgevel zit een tweede baanderdeur.
Motivering
Boerderij van cultuurhistorisch, architectuurhistorisch en stedebouwkundig belang als hoofdonderdeel van het complex. Grotendeels gaaf.

The front house, furnished with a rendered plinth, has a symmetrical front facade with inswept side sections. Centrally a hard stone step to a panel door with ornamental grille and fanlight furnished with door surround. On either side a slightly arched six-pane sash window with hard stone window sill and cockscomb. Upper storey with four-pane sash windows with corresponding window sill and cockscomb. Cornice with gutter on brackets. Side gables with slightly arched six-pane sash windows, staple anchors and a profiled gutter. Western side gable with among others two cellar windows with theft bars, entrance door (renewed) with fanlight with glazing bar arrangement; adjacent a six-pane sash window. Between the door and the window is against the eaves line a round window. On the right a straight-closed cross-brick door with diagonally placed four-pane windows. Obliquely set carriage door (renewed). Shed gables with alternating a half-round cast iron stable window and manure doors; staple anchors. Rear gable with wattle, passage doors and half-round cast iron stable windows and above them two rows of half-round cast iron loft windows. In the eastern side gable is a second cross-brick door.
Justification
Farm of cultural-historical, architectural-historical and urban-planning importance as the main component of the complex. Largely intact.
