Inleiding
Boerderij gebouwd rond 1890 volgens het hallehuistype in een ambachtelijk-traditionele stijl. De boerderij ligt evenwijdig aan de doorgaande weg en heeft een sobere erfinrichting bestaande uit kei- en klinkerbestrating, een beukenhaag en enkele linden.
Omschrijving
Boerderij gebaseerd op een constructie van ankerbalkgebinten en in baksteen opgetrokken. Grotendeels door riet gedekt; voorste deel woonhuis met (geglazuurde) hollandse pannen. Uilebord in achterste schild. Woonhuis met gepleisterde plint, licht getoogde zesruits schuifvensters met hardstenen vensterbanken, geprofileerde gootlijst en windveer. Zuidgevel met toegangsdeur met levensboom in bovenlicht; aan weerskanten twee vensters. Asymmetrische voorgevel met twee zesruits vensters en vierruits zolderramen. Noordgevel met keldervenster. Achterhuis voorzien van mestdeuren en halfronde gietijzeren stalvensters; in de zuidgevel een opgeklampte deur met tweeruits bovenlicht en in de sprong een gietijzeren rondvenster; diepliggende baanderdeur met strook bovenlichten en een wagendeur.

Farmhouse built around 1890 according to the hall-house type in an artisanal-traditional style. The farmhouse runs parallel to the through road and has a simple farmyard arrangement consisting of stone and brick paving, a beech hedge and some lime trees.

Farmhouse based on a construction of tie-beam frames and built in brick. Largely thatched with reeds; front part dwelling house with (glazed) Dutch tiles. Owl board in rear hipped roof section. Dwelling house with rendered plinth, slightly arched six-pane sash windows with sandstone sills, moulded gutter edge and weather moulding. South gable with access door with life-tree in fanlight; on either side two windows. Asymmetrical front facade with two six-pane windows and four-pane attic windows. North gable with cellar window. Rear building provided with manure doors and half-round cast-iron stable windows; in the south gable an attached door with two-pane fanlight and in the bay a cast-iron round window; deeply-set barn door with strip of fanlights and a cart door.
Valuation
Farmhouse of cultural-historical and architectural-historical significance on account of the type remaining substantially intact in main form as well as on account of the design and use of materials.
