Boerderij gebouwd rond 1920-1930 in een streek gebonden ambachtelijk-traditionele stijl en behorend tot de hallehuisgroep. Vanwege de oplopende nok ook aangeduid als kameelrug type.
Omschrijving
Boerderij bestaande uit woonhuis en bedrijfsgedeelte. Het woonhuis met lagere noklijn en gedekt door een afgewolfd pannendak (muldenpan). Voorgevel met centraal een paneeldeur met bovenlicht onder een ontlastingsboog; sierelement in boogveld. Aan weerskanten twee T-vensters met dito ontlastingsboog. Zoldervensters waarvan de middelste gekoppeld. Geprofileerde gootlijst. De linker gevel met keldervenster voorzien van diefijzers; een T-venster en een later ingebracht keukenraam. Rechterzijgevel met onder meer een keldervenster voorzien van diefijzers en een T-venster. Aan beide zijden heeft het pand een verbreding naar achteren toe; de noklijn van het rietdak loopt op van woonhuis naar bedrijfsgedeelte. Linkergevel met onder meer een baander met een rechtsgelegen loopdeur met (niet oorspronkelijk) bovenlicht; zijgevel met mestdeuren en getoogde stalvensters; op de achterhoek een tweede inspringende baander.
Waardering
Boerderij van cultuurhistorisch en architectuurhistorisch belang vanwege de bijzondere streekgebonden typologie en vormgeving. Belangrijk voor de herkenbaarheid van de streek en zo langzamerhand zeldzaam.

Front facade with a panel door centrally with fanlight under a relieving arch; ornamental element in the arch spandrel. On each side two T-windows with same relieving arch. Attic windows, of which the middle one coupled. Profiled cornice. The left side facade with cellar window provided with thief bars; a T-window and a later introduced kitchen window. Right side facade with among other things a cellar window provided with thief bars and a T-window. On both sides the building has a widening towards the rear; the ridge line of the thatched roof rises from dwelling to business section. Left side facade with among other things a barn door with a right-situated passage door with (not original) fanlight; side facade with dung doors and arched stall windows; on the rear corner a second recessed barn door.
