Omschrijving
Laat-18de-eeuws KOETSHUIS behorende tot de buitenplaats Berg en Vaart. In rode baksteen opgetrokken koetshuis op rechthoekige grondslag onder met Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak, met tuitgevels aan de voor(=oost-) en westzijde. Centraal aan de voor(=straat)zijde de monumentale dubbele toegangsdeur met paneelvakken, met omlijsting in blokmotief en met bovenlicht met ornamenteel roedenverloop in puntovalen en ruiten. In de topgevel een venster van recente datum. Aan de linkerzijde enkele meerruitsvensters. Het INTERIEUR is voor de bescherming van ondergeschikt belang. De recent aan de rechterzijde aangebouwde praktijkruimte valt buiten de bescherming.

Description
Late 18th-century COACHHOUSE belonging to the country estate Berg en Vaart. Coachhouse constructed in red brick on a rectangular foundation, covered with a gabled roof (saddle roof) with Old Dutch tiles, with spout gables on the front (=east) and west sides. Centrally on the front (=street) side the monumental double entrance door with panel fields, with frame in block motif and with fanlight with ornamental glazing bars in pointed ovals and panes. In the top gable a window of recent date. On the left side several multi-pane windows. The INTERIOR is of secondary importance for the protection. The recently added practical space on the right side falls outside the protection.
