TUINMANSWONING MET MUURKAS.
Woning in chaletstijl uit 1890 op L-vormige plattegrond. Het huis heeft één bouwlaag met zolderverdieping en is gedekt onder een samengesteld schilddak met rode en blauwe pannen, dat voorzien is van overstekken en windveren. De gevels hebben een niet regelmatige venster- en deurindeling. De vensters zijn deels voorzien van luiken. De zolderverdieping wordt gesierd met vakwerk. De hoofdingang bevindt zich in de voorgevel (zuid). De schuur uit ca. 1963 aan de achterzijde van het huis, komt voor bescherming niet in aanmerking. Tegen de oostgevel is, ten tijde van de bouw van het huis in 1890, een muurkas op rechthoekige plattegrond gebouwd. De muurkas is gebouwd op een bakstenen plint met een rollaag en werd waarschijnlijk omstreeks 1954 wat ingekort. Op de plint staan (thans) vijf grote oplegramen die tegen de muur van het huis zijn bevestigd. In de houten kozijnen van deze ramen, die van een geschulpte decoratie zijn voorzien, zijn drie T-profielen (één raam heeft twee T-profielen) geplaatst waartussen groen glazen plaatjes zijn gezet. In de noordgevel bevindt zich een opgeklampte toegangsdeur. In de kas is een bakstenen kribbe gebouwd waarin thans twee druivenbomen staan. De muurkas bevindt zich in een slechte staat.

GARDENER'S DWELLING WITH WALL GREENHOUSE.
Dwelling in chalet style from 1890 on L-shaped plan. The house has one storey with attic storey and is covered by a composite hipped roof with red and blue tiles, which is provided with overhangs and wind vanes. The elevations have an irregular window and door layout. The windows are partly provided with shutters. The attic storey is decorated with timber framing. The main entrance is located in the front elevation (south). The barn from c. 1963 at the rear of the house is not eligible for protection. Against the east elevation, at the time of construction of the house in 1890, a wall greenhouse on rectangular plan was built. The wall greenhouse was built on a brick plinth with a roll course and was probably shortened somewhat around 1954. On the plinth now stand five large leaning frames which are fastened against the wall of the house. In the wooden frames of these windows, which are provided with scalloped decoration, three T-profiles (one frame has two T-profiles) are placed between which green glass panes are set. In the north elevation is an attached entrance door. In the greenhouse a brick trough was built in which two grapevines now stand. The wall greenhouse is in a poor state.
