CUNERAHOEVE.
In 1886-1887 gebouwde langhuisboerderij, genaamd Cunerahoeve. De deels onderkelderde boerderij is gelegen aan het einde van een loodrecht op de Cuneraweg liggende dwarslaan. De boerderij heeft een rechthoekig plattegrond en staat op een gepleisterde plint. De boerderij wordt overkapt door een met blauwe kruispannen gedekt zadeldak. Het zadeldak is voorzien van een royale overstek met geschulpte windveren. De voorgevel heeft een symmetrisch indeling waarin twee 6-ruitsschuifvensters met glas -in-lood bovenlichten en luiken, die aan weerszijden worden geflankeerd door een schuifvenster met glas-in-lood bovenlicht en luiken. Op de verdieping bevindt zich een 2-ruitsvenster met kepervormige afsluiting. De achtergevel is voorzien van een achterbaander en mestdeuren en twee vensters en een luik. De ingang bevindt zich in de linkerzijgevel (west).

Description
CUNERAHOEVE.
Longhall farmhouse built in 1886-1887, called Cunerahoeve. The partly cellared farmhouse is situated at the end of a cross lane perpendicular to the Cuneraweg. The farmhouse has a rectangular plan and stands on a plastered plinth. The farmhouse is covered by a saddle roof tiled with blue roof tiles. The saddle roof is provided with a generous overhang with scalloped wind vanes. The front elevation has a symmetrical arrangement in which two 6-light sash windows with leaded glass fanlights and shutters are flanked on either side by a sash window with leaded glass fanlight and shutters. On the upper storey there is a 2-light window with basket-weave closure. The rear elevation is provided with a rear gutter and dung doors and two windows and a shutter. The entrance is located in the left side elevation (west).
