Omschrijving
KOETSHUIS.
In 1887 gebouwd koetshuis met koetsierswoning in Hollandse neo-renaissance stijl. Het symmetrisch opgezette, één bouwlaag hoge pand op rechthoekige grondslag is opgetrokken uit machinale rode baksteen en wordt overkapt door twee, haaks op elkaar staande, schilddaken die met blauwe kruispannen zijn gedekt. De voor- en achterzijde (noord en zuid) van het pand zijn voorzien van risalerende trapgevels waarin twee dubbele deuren met bewerkt hang- en sluitwerk en waarboven zich een getoogd 6-ruitsschuifvenster met luik bevindt. De voorgevel heeft een symmetrische opzet, de andere gevels hebben een onregelmatige venster- en deurindeling. Aan de rechterzijde (west) van het koetshuis bevindt zich de koetsierswoning, aan de linkerzijde (oost) opslagruimte.

Description
COACH HOUSE.
Coach house built in 1887 with coachman's dwelling in Dutch neo-Renaissance style. The symmetrically arranged, single-storey building on rectangular plan is constructed of machine-made red brick and is covered by two hipped roofs set at right angles to each other and tiled with blue roof tiles. The front and rear elevations (north and south) of the building are provided with projecting stepped gables in which two double doors with wrought hinges and latches are situated and above which a round-arched 6-light sash window with shutter is located. The front elevation has a symmetrical arrangement, the other elevations have an irregular window and door layout. On the right side (west) of the coach house is the coachman's dwelling, on the left side (east) storage space.
