Omschrijving
CAPANELLA.
De in oorsprong uit ca. 1800 daterende arbeiderswoning, genaamd Capanella, is gelegen ten noord-westen van het huis Doorn. Het niet meer in originele staat verkerende pand op samengestelde plattegrond, was oorspronkelijk gedekt met een rieten kap. Thans wordt het huis overkapt door een met Hollandse pannen gedekt schilddak met royale overstek. De overstek wordt gedragen door twee onbewerkte boomstammen. De gevels hebben een niet regelmatige venster- en deurindeling. De noordgevel is in 1991 voorzien van een muurschildering.

Description
CAPANELLA.
The workers' cottage, originally dating from c. 1800, named Capanella, is located to the north-west of Huis Doorn. The building, no longer in original condition, on a composite plan, was originally covered with a thatched roof. The house is now covered by a hipped roof covered with Dutch tiles with a generous overhang. The overhang is supported by two unworked tree trunks. The facades have an irregular arrangement of windows and doors. The north facade was provided with a mural painting in 1991.
