KOETSHUIS.
In opdracht van A.C.W. Munter in 1838 gebouwd koetshuis annex hooischuur in Chaletstijl en in 1920 volgens een gevelsteen in opdracht van Wilhelm II 'als Wohnung ausgebaut', waarbij tevens een garage aan de oostzijde werd gebouwd. Het koetshuis is thans in gebruik als woonhuis (toponiem Chalet).
Het huis op een verspringende, in opzet rechthoekige plattegrond op zwart geschilderde plint, is beganegronds grof gestuct. De verdieping is horizontaal beschoten met zwart gebeitste houten delen. Het gebouw is voorzien van een onder bruine pannen gedekt in hoogte variërend zadeldak met royale overstek steunend op consoles. In de noord- en zuidgevel een vooruitspringende middenrisaliet onder een dwars geplaatst zadeldak met overstek.
De noordgevel heeft een regelmatige venster- en deurindeling. De oostgevel heeft een met horizontale houten delen beschoten topgevel waarin een hoge smalle, dubbele deur met ventilatiegleuven, waarachter het hooi werd opgeslagen. Beganegronds drie wat terugliggende houten wanden, waarvan er twee uit dubbele deuren bestaan. De zuidgevel heeft een regelmatige venster- en deurindeling. De westgevel is voorzien van een kleine uitbouw onder een met grijze pannen gedekt zadeldak, waarin de huidige hoofdingang tot het woonhuis. De gevel kent een symmetrische vensterindeling. Beganegronds zijn alle vensters enigszins terugliggend in de gevels geplaatst en zijn voorzien van een dubbele vensterbank. Op de NO-, ZW- en NW-hoeken van het gebouw werden vermoedelijk omstreeks 1920 smeedij zeren armaturen met een hangend lampje aangebracht.

COACH HOUSE.
Coach house annex hay barn built in 1838 on the instructions of A.C.W. Munter in Chalet style and in 1920 according to a foundation stone on the instructions of Wilhelm II 'converted as a dwelling', during which a garage was also built on the east side. The coach house is now in use as a dwelling house (place-name Chalet).
The house on a stepped, rectangular ground plan in layout on black-painted plinth, is rough-plastered on the ground floor. The upper floor is horizontally boarded with black stained wooden elements. The building is provided with a gabled roof covered with brown tiles, varying in height and resting on consoles with generous overhang. In the north and south gable a projecting central risalit under a transversely placed gabled roof with overhang.
The north gable has a regular window and door arrangement. The east gable has a top gable boarded with horizontal wooden elements in which a tall narrow double door with ventilation slots, behind which the hay was stored.
