Omschrijving
TOEGANGSHEK EN HEK RONDOM HALFRONDE WEIDE. Aan beide beginpunten van de halfronde laan voor het huis Vollenhoven bevindt zich een 19de-eeuws smeedijzeren toegangshek, bestaande uit twee eenvoudige smeedijzeren hekken waartussen twee draaibare vleugels waarin de woorden 'VOLLEN' en 'HOVEN'. Zowel de hekken als vleugels zijn opgebouwd uit spijlen en regels met halfronde elementen. Langs de halfronde weide staat een eveneens vroeg 20e-eeuws (thans) groen geschilderd eenvoudig hek van spijlen en regels. Voor het huis zijn de spijlen deels voorzien van een pijlpunt.

Description
ENTRANCE GATE AND GATE AROUND SEMICIRCULAR MEADOW. At both starting points of the semicircular avenue in front of the house Vollenhoven are two 19th-century wrought-iron entrance gates, consisting of two simple wrought-iron gates between which two hinged panels with the words 'VOLLEN' and 'HOVEN'. Both the gates and panels are constructed from spikes and rails with semicircular elements. Along the semicircular meadow stands an equally early 20th-century (now) green-painted simple fence of spikes and rails. In front of the house the spikes are partly fitted with a spear point.
