Omschrijving
DUBBELE DIENSTWONING. Witgepleisterd huis uit het midden van de 19de eeuw waarin twee woningen, op rechthoekige grondslag en gepleisterde, grijs geschilderde plint, onder een met riet gedekt schilddak. Aan de achterzijde zijn twee uitstekken (waarin de keukens) van een verdieping met plat dak en hoge schoorsteen uitgebouwd. Het huis is beganegronds voorzien van een blokbepleistering. De verdieping is middels een stucprofiel verbreed en verlengd, glad gestuct en gepleisterd. Waarschijnlijk is het huis omstreeks 1900 enigszins verhoogd.
De symmetrische voorgevel bestaat uit drie traveeën. In de middentravee een blindnis, gevormd door twee pilasters met siervelden en kapitelen verbonden door een rondboogprofiel met in de top een ornament. Links en rechts een 9-ruitsschuifvenster met luiken. Op de verdieping wordt het rietdak opgelicht door een halfrond dakkapel met bolkozijn waarin twee kwartronde 4-ruitsvensters. De linker- en rechterzijgevel spiegelen elkaar; in beide gevelvlakken een uitgebouwd tochtportaal voor de hoofdtoegang, waarboven in de gevel een 3-ruits bovenlicht, waarnaast een 6-ruitsschuifvenster met luik en op de verdieping een bolkozijn met twee drie-ruits uitzetvensters. In de zijgevel van de uitstek een 6-ruitsschuifvenster. In de achtergevel een bolkozijn met twee 3-ruitsuitzetvensters. De achtergevel van de uitstek van huisnr. 61 is blind en bij huisnr. 63 voorzien van een 3-ruitsvenster.
De dubbele dienstwoning heeft een grote ornamentele waarde in de parkaanleg.

Description
DOUBLE SERVICE DWELLING. Whitewashed house from the mid-19th century containing two dwellings, on a rectangular plan and plastered, grey-painted plinth, under a hipped roof thatched with reed. On the rear side two projections (containing the kitchens) of one storey with flat roof and high chimney have been added. The house is provided on the ground floor with block rendering. The upper storey is widened and extended by means of a stucco profile, smooth stuccoed and plastered. The house was probably raised somewhat around 1900.
The symmetrical front facade consists of three bays. In the central bay a blind niche, formed by two pilasters with decorative fields and capitals connected by a round-arch moulding with an ornament at the top. Left and right a 9-pane sash window with shutters. On the upper storey the thatch roof is pierced by a semicircular roof dormer with bolection window containing two quarter-round 4-pane windows. The left and right side facades mirror each other; in both wall surfaces a projecting entrance porch for the main access, above which in the facade a 3-pane fanlight, next to which a 6-pane sash window with shutter and on the upper storey a bolection window with two three-pane casement windows. In the side facade of the projection a 6-pane sash window. In the rear facade a bolection window with two 3-pane casement windows. The rear facade of the projection of house no. 61 is blank and at house no. 63 provided with a 3-pane window.
The double service dwelling has great ornamental value in the park layout.
