Schuur rond 1900 in traditionele trant gebouwd als opslagloods voor de plaatselijke Coöperatieve Landbouwvereniging.
Omschrijving
Vanuit rechthoekige plattegrond opgetrokken langwerpig bakstenen gebouw onder met gegolfde Friese pannen gedekt zadeldak. Bijna identieke symmetrische kopgevels met licht getoogde dubbele inrijdeuren met gietijzeren deurpanelen; op de zolderverdieping vensters met afgeronde bovenhoek. Zuidgevel met halfronde gietijzeren vensters en staafankers. De noord-gevel is blind. Eén topgevel heeft een dakoverstek. Vermoedelijk is dit aan de andere kant verdwenen. Het pand ligt heel beeldbepalend in het hart van het dorp aan het open terrein tegenover de kerk.
Waardering

An elongated brick building constructed on a rectangular footprint beneath a gabled roof covered with corrugated Frisian tiles. Nearly identical symmetrical front gables with slightly arched double carriage doors with cast-iron door panels; on the attic storey windows with rounded upper corners. South facade with semicircular cast-iron windows and bar anchors. The north facade is blank. One gable has a roof overhang. This presumably disappeared on the other side. The building stands very prominently in the heart of the village on the open ground opposite the church.
Valuation
Due to its design and landmark character the building has architectural-historical and urban-planning value. It is of great historical significance to Kuinre and the surrounding area due to its original function. It is rare due to its form related to the function.
