Omschrijving
Op rechthoekig grondvlak gebouwde schuur met ongelijkvormig zadeldak en rode Oud-Hollandse pannen. De schuur bevindt zich op het erf achter het rijksmonument Bovenstraat 2. De gevels van de schuur zijn in kruisverband gemetseld en aan beide zijden voorzien van een hanfrond gietijzeren stalraampje. De achtergevel is blind. De lange voorzijde van de schuur bevat een viertal dubbele schuurdeuren. De bovenstijl van het kozijn van deze deuren is voorzien van vijf schoren die het overstekende schild van het zadeldak steunen. Het dak is voorzien van windveren. Vermoedelijk zijn de gevels eind 19e eeuw gemetseld.

Description
Built on a rectangular ground plan, a barn with an irregular gabled roof and red Dutch traditional tiles. The barn is located on the yard behind the national monument Bovenstraat 2. The barn's gables are laid in Flemish bond and fitted on both sides with a half-round cast-iron stable window. The rear gable is blind. The long front side of the barn contains four pairs of double barn doors. The upper rail of the frame of these doors is fitted with five props that support the overhanging soffit of the gabled roof. The roof is fitted with wind braces. The gables are presumably laid in the late 19th century.
