Omschrijving.
In traditionele baksteenbouw opgetrokken kleine HALLEBOERDERIJ onder een met riet gedekt wolfdak met gerolde vorst, toefjes en kleine dakkapel in het wolfeind van de voorgevel. Voorgevel met vlechtingen, één groot en twee kleinere vensters met luiken en een voordeur met bovenlicht en stoep. Het linker venster en het kelderluik horen bij een opkamer en de kelder daaronder. Linker zijgevel met in de kap stekende opbouw (midden 20e eeuw), voorzien van venster met luiken. In het bedrijfsgedeelte van deze gevel bevinden zich mestluiken. Grotendeels houten achtergevel.
In de woonkamer bevindt zich een schouw met betegelde 19de-eeuwse achterwand, een bedstede, ingebouwde kast met glasdeurtjes, plavuizen vloer en een balken plafond. Het schilderwerk van deuren, kast, bedstede en schouw is gehout. Ook in de opkamer staat een bedstede. De kelder heeft een tongewelf, plavuizen vloer en gemetselde trap. De stal met gebintconstructies is volledig origineel.

Small HALL FARMHOUSE built in traditional brickwork under a reed-covered half-hipped roof with rolled ridge, small tufts and small roof dormer in the half-hip of the front facade. Front facade with timber framing, one large and two smaller windows with shutters and a front door with fanlight and step. The left window and the basement hatch belong to a chamber and the cellar below it. Left side facade with lean-to structure projecting into the roof (mid-20th century), furnished with window with shutters. In the farm section of this facade there are manure doors. Largely wooden rear facade.
In the living room there is a fireplace with tiled 19th-century back wall, a built-in bed, built-in cupboard with glazed doors, tiled floor and a beamed ceiling. The paintwork of doors, cupboard, built-in bed and fireplace is made of wood. A built-in bed also stands in the chamber. The cellar has a barrel vault, tiled floor and brick staircase. The stable with roof truss structures is completely original.
