Omschrijving (voormalig) lijkenhuisje.
(Voormalig) BAARHUISJE in chalet-stijl, gebouwd circa 1899. Eén bouwlaag opgetrokken op een rechthoekige plattegrond met wit geschilderde houten vakwerkconstructie gevuld met rode baksteen op een hardstenen plint en met een overstekend zadeldak met geprofileerde houten bakgoot. Aan de zuidelijke kopgevel in het midden een dubbele houten deur met daarboven een drieledig bovenlicht.
Waardering:
(Oorspronkelijk) baarhuisje in chalet-stijl van belang als historisch-functioneel complexonderdeel van de Algemene Begraafplaats Crooswijk.

Description (former) mortuary chapel.
(Former) MORTUARY CHAPEL in chalet style, built circa 1899. One storey erected on a rectangular plan with white-painted wooden half-timbered construction filled with red brick on a hard stone plinth and with an overhanging gabled roof with profiled wooden gutter. In the southern gable end in the centre a double wooden door with above it a three-part fanlight.
Valuation:
(Originally) mortuary chapel in chalet style of importance as a historical-functional component of the Algemene Begraafplaats Crooswijk.
