Rechter gedeelte van het in het midden van de 19e eeuw in de tegenwoordige vorm (laag dwars, opzij overstekend dak, voorgevel onder rechte lijst met enige blinde vensternissen) gebrachte pand Rozenboomsteeg 12-14. In een dezer blinde nissen een 17e eeuwse gevelsteen.

Description
Right part of the building at Rozenboomsteeg 12-14 brought into its present form in the mid 19th century (low transverse roof, overhanging roof to the side, front facade under straight cornice with some blind window openings). In one of these blind niches a 17th-century facade stone.
