Inleiding
Behorend bij (de op zichzelf niet te beschermen) villa aan Oranje Nassaulaan nr.10 een TUINHUIS in Amsterdamse School-stijl van C.J. Blaauw ten behoeve van A. von Saher Crone uit 1925, gelegen in de punt van de achtertuin aan de Koningslaan.
Omschrijving
Stenen - deels gepotdekseld - tuinhuis op driehoekige grondslag met deels open ruimte onder afdak steunend op houten kolommen gebouwd tegen een gemetselde afscheidingsmuur van de achtertuin. Tuinhuis voorzien van zadeldak met leien. Het hout is geschilderd in een gele en donkergroene tint.
Waardering
Tuinhuis van architectuurhistorisch belang vanwege fraai gedetailleerde vormgeving en kleurstelling in Amsterdamse School-stijl en vanwege de ligging in het enige in Amsterdam gerealiseerde villapark.

Description
Stone - partly pantile-roofed - garden house on triangular ground plan with partly open space under a canopy supported on wooden columns built against a mortared boundary wall of the back garden. Garden house provided with a gabled roof with slates. The wood is painted in a yellow and dark green tint.
Valuation
Garden house of architectural-historical importance owing to its finely detailed design and colour scheme in Amsterdam School style and owing to its location in the only villa park realized in Amsterdam.
