Omschrijving
Smeedijzeren vaste BRUG (brugnr. 454), genaamd Willemsbrug, met aan de Emmalaan-zijde een ijzeren HEKWERK. Brug met natuurstenen randliggers. Sierijzeren balustraden waartussen balusters. In de vlakken tussen de balusters wapenschilden waarin een 'W' gegraveerd. Op de landzijden natuurstenen pylonen met bolvormige bekroning. Aan de Vondelparkzijde lopen de balustraden, tussen dekplaat en plint voorzien van kandelaberzuiltjes, aan beide zijden door langs de walkant.
Tussen de twee pylonen aan de Emmalaan-zijde een smeedijzeren sierhekwerk met vier doorgangen. Tussen de hekken ijzeren pylonen.
Waardering
Brug en hekwerk van belang vanwege de typologische waarde alsmede van belang als onderdeel van het Vondelpark.

Wraught-iron fixed BRIDGE (bridge no. 454), called Willemsbrug, with iron GATE WORK on the Emmalaan side. Bridge with natural stone side girders. Ornamental iron balustrades with balusters between them. In the panels between the balusters coat of arms shields with a 'W' engraved. On the land sides natural stone pylons with spherical finials. On the Vondelpark side the balustrades, furnished between top plate and plinth with candelabra pillars, run along both sides by the path.
Between the two pylons on the Emmalaan side decorative wrought-iron gate work with four passages. Between the gates iron pylons.
Valuation
Bridge and gate work of importance on account of its typological value as well as of importance as part of the Vondelpark.
