Uit de vroegere huizen Spuistraat 259 en Rosmarijnsteeg 7 samengesteld hoekpand (het eerstgenoemde deel in de kern zeker zeventiende-eeuws of ouder, het tweede deel misschien ook, maar in de negentiende eeuw veel sterker gewijzigd) met thans zeer onregelmatige indeling van de in de negentiende eeuw onder een omlopend rechte lijst gebrachte gevels. In het stadsbeeld passend gebouw van eenvoudige architectuur en enige oudheidkundige waarde.

Description
Corner building assembled from the former houses Spuistraat 259 and Rosmarijnsteeg 7 (the first-mentioned part certainly 17th-century or older in its core, the second part possibly also, but much more strongly altered in the 19th century) with currently very irregular layout of the facades brought under a running straight cornice in the 19th century. Building fitting into the townscape of simple architecture and some antiquarian value.
