Inleiding
Ten noorden van Sirjansland gelegen BOERDERIJWONING daterend uit de eerste helft van de achttiende eeuw (mogelijk iets ouder gezien de vermelding in 1692 van een boerderij op dit perceel in de veldboeken van de polder 's Heer Jansland).
Omschrijng
De woning is gemetseld van kleine gele baksteen in kruisverband en voorzien van een zadeldak tussen topgevels; rechthoekige plattegrond met centrale gang en vier hoekvertrekken, waarvan de noord-oostelijke deels onderkelderd is. Terweerszijde van de toegang in de voorgevel (zuidgevel) aan iedere zijde twee `negenruiters', die tijdens de restauratie rond 1993 in de plaats zijn gekomen van zeslichtsvensters (aan deze zijde werden toen ook twee historiserende dakkapellen aangebracht) en terweerszijde van de toegang in de achtergevel een vierlichtsvenster (oorspronkelijk kruisvensters). In de linker topgevel bevindt zich boven de toegang een (vernieuwd) kruisvenster en in de rechter gevel bevinden zich T- vensters.
Waardering
De redelijk grote boerderijwoning is van architectuur- en cultuurhistorische waarde vanwege de ouderdom en vanwege de typologische zeldzaamheidswaarde (met name op het eiland Schouwen-Duiveland, ontstaan door de grote schade die de watersnood van 1953 aangericht heeft). De boerderijwoning is fraai gelegen en landschappelijk van belang.

North of Sirjansland a FARMHOUSE DWELLING dating from the first half of the eighteenth century (possibly somewhat older given the mention in 1692 of a farm on this plot in the field registers of the polder 's Heer Jansland).
Description
The dwelling is built of small yellow brick in a cross bond and provided with a gabled roof between stepped gables; rectangular ground plan with central passage and four corner rooms, of which the north-eastern one is partly undercellared. Either side of the entrance in the front facade (south facade) on each side two 'nine-light windows', which during restoration around 1993 replaced six-light windows (at this side two historicising roof dormer windows were also added at that time) and either side of the entrance in the rear facade a four-light window (originally cross windows). In the left stepped gable above the entrance there is a (renewed) cross window and in the right facade there are T-windows.
Valuation
The fairly large farmhouse dwelling is of architectural and cultural-historical value because of its age and because of its typological rarity value (in particular on the island of Schouwen-Duiveland, caused by the great damage inflicted by the flood of 1953). The farmhouse dwelling is beautifully situated and of landscape importance.
