Inleiding
De KEUTERBOERDERIJ, of zgn. woudboerderijtje van het krimptype, dateert uit ongeveer 1905. De bouwstijl, het materiaalgebruik en de detaillering zijn sober en op traditionele wijze toegepast.
De houten aanbouwen aan de achterzijde van de schuur onder lessenaardak zijn van ondergeschikt belang voor bescherming van rijkswege.
Omschrijving De rechthoekige plattegrond van de keuterboerderij vertoont een asymmetrische krimp. Het boerderijtje bestaat uit een bouwlaag onder schilddak met een doorlopende noklijn. De gevels van het hoofdgebouw zijn opgetrokken uit rode strengpersbakstenen; het voorhuis steens; de schuur halfsteens. Op het schilddak van het boerderijtje liggen zwarte gesmoorde gegolfde Friese pannen. Op de nokhoek aan de straatzijde staat een schoorsteen met twee keramische pijpen. In het dakschild boven het woonhuisgedeelte zijn drie ijzeren vierpans daklichten aangebracht: twee aan aan de voorzijde, één aan de zuidzijde. In het woonhuisgedeelte zijn vijf oorspronkelijk zesruitsvensters: de zesruitsvensters in de zijgevels zijn afgesloten door een rollaag, terwijl de H-vensters in de voorgevel zijn voorzien van een getoogde rollaag met een trommelveld verlevendigd met gele strengpersbakstenen. Bij de krimp in de zuidgevel van het woonhuis is een klein provisiekelderraam aangebracht voorzien van diefijzers. De zuidzijde van het schuurgedeelte bevat drie getoogde ijzeren negenruits stalraampjes en twee toegangen: een opgeklampte dubbele schuurdeur en een opgeklampte staldeur. In de oostzijde van het schuurgedeelte (de achterzijde) zijn drie stalramen. Aan de noordzijde zijn een roosvenster met een rollaag rondom van het vm. secreet, enkele later ingebroken ramen en de zij-ingang tegenover het stookhok.
Het interieur is nog geheel oorspronkelijk ingedeeld: ondermeer twee woonkamers met oorspronkelijke schoorsteenpartijen, bedstedewand en een schuurgedeelte met stallen.
Waardering
Het woudboerderijtje met eenvoudige, karakteristieke erfindeling en oorspronkelijke inrichting uit ca. 1905 is van cultuurhistorisch, architectonisch en typologische belang vanwege:
- de voor de regio De Friese Wouden karakteristieke vormgeving en het materiaalgebruik,
- de historisch-ruimtelijke relatie met het omliggende perceel,
- de hoge mate van oorspronkelijkheid van de erfindeling,
- de hoge mate van gaafheid van het exterieur en het interieur,

Introduction
The SMALLHOLDING FARM, or so-called wood farmer's cottage of the shrinkage type, dates from approximately 1905. The building style, material use and detailing are sober and applied in a traditional manner.
The wooden extensions to the rear of the barn under a lean-to roof are of subordinate importance for national monument protection.
Description The rectangular floor plan of the smallholding farm shows an asymmetrical shrinkage. The small farm consists of one storey under a hipped roof with a continuous ridge line. The facades of the main building are constructed in red press-moulded bricks; the dwelling house in full brick; the barn in half-brick. On the hipped roof of the small farm lie black smoked corrugated Frisian tiles. On the ridge corner on the street side stands a chimney with two ceramic flues. In the roof slope above the dwelling section are three iron four-light roof windows: two on the front side, one on the south side. In the dwelling section are five original six-light windows: the six-light windows in the side facades are closed by a roller blind, while the H-windows in the front facade are provided with a curved roller blind with a drum field enlivened with yellow press-moulded bricks. At the shrinkage in the south facade of the dwelling is a small provision cellar window fitted with theft bars. The south side of the barn section contains three arched iron nine-light stable windows and two accesses: a braced double barn door and a braced stable door. On the east side of the barn section (the rear) are three stable windows. On the north side are a ventilation window with a roller blind all around of the former privy, several later broken-through windows and the side entrance opposite the heating hut.
The interior is still entirely originally laid out: inter alia two living rooms with original chimney structures, a bed wall and a barn section with stalls.
Valuation
The wood farmer's cottage with simple, characteristic farmyard layout and original interior from ca. 1905 is of cultural-historical, architectural and typological importance due to:
- the design and material use characteristic of the region De Friese Wouden,
- the historical-spatial relationship with the surrounding plot,
- the high degree of originality of the farmyard layout,
- the high degree of integrity of the exterior and interior,
- the reasonable degree of rarity.
