Omschrijving
De woning op een rechthoekige plattegrond, is opgetrokken uit rode handvormbaksteen, heeft een bouwlaag met zadeldak en is deels onderkelderd. De woning is voorzien van banden, bogen en overige decoraties in gele steen en heeft gepleisterde dorpels en een waterlijst; bakgoot op geprofileerde klossen. De houten vensters zijn deels H-type, deels met kalf en stolp-onderramen. Het zadeldak is gedekt met gesmoorde kruispannen.

Traditionele boerenwoning, van belang als onderdeel van het complex.

The dwelling on a rectangular ground plan, is constructed of red hand-moulded brick, has one storey with gabled roof and is partly cellared. The dwelling is fitted with bands, arches and other decorations in yellow stone and has rendered sills and a drip moulding; roof gutter on moulded consoles. The wooden windows are partly H-type, partly with frame and lift-and-slide lower windows. The gabled roof is covered with toothed interlocking tiles.
