Omschrijving
Woning, een bouwlaag hoog met kap, met een symmetrische rode bakstenen lijstgevel met gele bakstenen strekken boven de gevelopeningen, gepleisterde plint en raamdorpels; rozetankers, houten 2x3 ruits schuiframen en een houten voordeur met een klassieke omlijsting, glas-in-lood bovenramen. In de voorgevel een gedenksteen met bouwjaar 1883. Twee schuifvensters in de zijgevel. Zadeldak tussen topgevels, gedekt met rode tuile du nord. Aan de achterzijde bevindt zich de aangebouwde keuken/keet, eveneens uit rode baksteen, voorzien van schuiframen en een zadeldak gedekt met gesmoorde platte friese pannen. Deze aanbouw werd in 1935 door een muurwerk van gele baksteen met de woning verbonden.
In het interieur van de woning zijn diverse originele onderdelen aanwezig, zoals ondermeer een houten kastenwand in de rechter voorkamer met daarachter een opkamer; in de kelder gewelfjes met stalen gebint.
Waardering
De woning is van belang als hoofdonderdeel van het boerderij-complex. De woning is een goed voorbeeld van een sobere, traditionele woning met neo-classicistische details en als zodanig van architectuurhistorische waarde.

Dwelling, one storey high with attic, with a symmetrical red brick cornice-topped facade with yellow brick courses above the facade openings, rendered plinth and window sills; rose anchors, wooden 2x3 pane sash windows and a wooden front door with a classical surround, stained glass fanlights. In the front facade a memorial stone with building year 1883. Two sash windows in the side facade. Gabled roof between gable ends, covered with red tuile du nord. On the rear is the attached kitchen/cottage, likewise of red brick, fitted with sash windows and a gabled roof covered with toothed flat Frisian tiles. This extension was in 1935 connected to the dwelling by a wall of yellow brick.
In the interior of the dwelling various original components are present, such as amongst other things a wooden wall unit in the right front room with a back room behind it; in the cellar vaults with steel binding.
Valuation
The dwelling is of importance as the principal component of the farmhouse complex. The dwelling is a good example of a sober, traditional dwelling with neo-classical details and as such is of architectural historical value.
