Introduction: Located on the south side of the Streekweg, a STOLP FARMHOUSE of the derived North Holland type with an adjoining residential house on the west side. Farmhouse and residential house form a single architectural unit and were built in 1901 according to a foundation stone. The roof dormer has corner pilasters, a double panelled door with glass panels. The gabled roof is covered with black glazed Dutch tiles. The flanking bays are each terminated by a cornice and contain in each window opening a sash window. All window openings in the front facade have a relieving arch and brick mosaic in the spandrels. The right side of the farmhouse (W) has a window and a wooden door with fanlight. To the right of the door opening is a series of arched iron stable windows. The left side of the farmhouse (E) has on the right a part with two window openings with sash windows placed under a cornice, which forms a continuation of the front facade. In the left opening there was originally a door. The left part of the left side has a lower gutter and contains a wooden sash window and two round windows with iron glazing bars. The residential house is connected to the farmhouse via a recessed portal with relieving arch and wooden panelled door. The front facade has on the ground floor a three-sided bay window with sash windows. The flat above the bay window has a balustrade made of wood and iron. The gable top has a double panelled door with glass panels. The left side adjoins the farmhouse and the right side contains two sash windows. Valuation: The stolp farmhouse with its associated residential house is of general importance from an architectural and cultural-historical perspective as a well-preserved example of rural architecture from the early 20th century.
