Inleiding
Direct achter de zeedijk en parallel aan de Seewei gelegen in aanleg wellicht nog laat-18de-eeuwse, maar wat betreft de detaillering vroeg-19de-eeuwse (1835) VISSERSWONING. De indeling van het pand met waardevolle interieuronderdelen is grotendeels nog oorspronkelijk. Rondom het erf loopt een meidoornhaag; voor de rechterzijgevel staan linden. Een schelpenpad leidt naar de achtertuin die als het ware overgaat in het talud van de zeedijk.
Omschrijving Verdiepingloos pandje, opgetrokken uit bruinrode handvormsteen en gedekt door een met rode pannen belegd zadeldak tussen topgevels met schoorstenen. De linkerzijgevel is gepleisterd en blind met uitzondering van de twee verglaasde ontluchtingsopeningen van de nettenzolder. In de topgevel met vlechtingen het jaartal 1835; eenvoudig geprofileerde bakgoot op houten klossen; staafankers. Het gedeeltelijk onderkelderde pandje omvat twee kamers waarboven de nettenzolder is gelegen en, aan achterzijde, een iets jongere in rode strengperssteen uitgevoerde aanheling waarin onder meer de keuken is ondergebracht. De detaillering is hoofdzakelijk 19de- eeuws: negenruitsschuiframen en schuiframen met T-verdeling, alle nog met luiken; twee keldervensters; op de verdieping een vermoedelijk ouder 20-ruitsraam; in de aanheling negenruits- en vierruitsschuifraam, drie opgeklampte deuren en een klein venster.
In het INTERIEUR zijn ondermeer van belang de eenvoudige balkenplafonds, twee onderkelderde bedsteden met verzorgd geprofileerde deuren (waartussen ruimte met kast en keldertrap), de betegelde wanden (met blauwe bloemmotieven; XVIII/XIX) en een schouw; de keldervloer is met estrikken belegd.

Introduction
Located directly behind the sea dike and parallel to the Seewei, in layout perhaps still late 18th-century, but as regards the detailing early 19th-century (1835) FISHERMAN'S COTTAGE. The layout of the building with valuable interior components is largely still original. A hawthorn hedge runs around the courtyard; linden trees stand before the right-hand side gable. A shell path leads to the back garden which as it were merges into the slope of the sea dike.
Description Single-storey building, erected from brown-red hand-moulded brick and roofed with a gabled roof covered with red tiles between stepped gables with chimneys. The left-hand side gable is rendered and blind except for the two glazed ventilation openings of the nets loft. In the stepped gable with wattling the date 1835; simply profiled brick gutter on wooden blocks; rod anchors. The partly cellared small building comprises two rooms above which the nets loft is located and, on the rear side, a slightly later lean-to executed in red string-pressed brick in which among other things the kitchen is housed. The detailing is mainly 19th-century: nine-pane sash frames and sash frames with T-division, all still with shutters; two cellar windows; on the first floor a presumably older 20-pane window; in the lean-to nine-pane and four-pane sash window, three butted doors and a small window.
In the INTERIOR matters of note include the simple beam ceilings, two cellared box beds with carefully profiled doors (with space for cupboard and cellar stairs between), the tiled walls (with blue floral motifs; 18th/19th century) and a chimney; the cellar floor is laid with estrichs.
