Medieval undercellared dwelling house with vaulted passage between front and rear house, two storeys and an attic floor.

In the vaulted cellar floored with red tiles is located at the front a candle niche and a brick stairway to the ground floor; the party wall between front and rear house is original. Inside on the ground floor and first floor ceiling beams with main and secondary beams and, in a number of cases, moulded keystones on corbels; stuccoed ceilings from the 18th century. The roof truss construction with in part a loft floor on collar ties consists of two-yoke oak tie beams, oak wall plates, round-section oak tie beams and principal rafters; the tie beams have been lost; the spars bear hewn marks and the tie beams hacked carpenters' marks; the roof of the rear house is slightly raised and younger than that of the front house, mid and respectively late 15th-century. The cemented rear elevation still consists of old masonry on the first floor and attic. The front elevation with oriel window containing coloured leaded glass dates from 1937; the shopfront of glass and aluminium has no monumental value, the same applies to the shop interior. The sash window in the left side elevation with coloured leaded glass also dates from 1937. Antiquity, integrity of the principal construction and layout, as well as the ceilings from the 18th century together represent the cultural-historical value that justifies inclusion in the national monuments register.
