Inleiding
BOERDERIJ gebouwd rond 1865 in een traditionele ambachtelijke stijl en behorend tot het hallehuistype met dwarsdeel. De boerderij heeft sinds de oprichting aanpassingen gehad voor wat betreft de noordzijde van het woonhuis, de achtergevel en de indeling van de schuur.
Ondanks deze aanpassingen is de hoofdvorm goed bewaard gebleven.
Omschrijving
Boerderij in baksteen opgetrokken met een constructie van dekbalkgebinten en gedekt door een afgewolfd rietdak; schoorsteen. Woonhuis met licht getoogde 6-ruits schuiframen met strekken en natuurstenen vensterbanken. Kopse gevel met asymmetrische en deels aangepaste indeling; twee 4-ruits zolderramen. Schuurgevel aan de westzijde met mestdeuren en 4-ruits rondboog stalramen; achtergevel (aangepast) met baanders en staldeuren; oostgevel met getoogde 6-ruits gietijzeren stalramen en voor de krimp een baander met loopdeur en aan weerskanten een smal getoogd 6-ruits stalraam.
Waardering
Boerderij van cultuurhistorisch belang vanwege de bijzondere typologische betekenis in het esdorpenlandschap voor wat betreft de toepassing van dekbalkgebinten; van architectuurhistorisch belang vanwege de vormgeving, het type en de herkenbaarheid ten opzichte van de structurele gaafheid van de omgeving en als zodanig ook van stedebouwkundig belang.

FARMHOUSE built around 1865 in a traditional craft style and belonging to the hall-house type with transverse section. The farmhouse has undergone modifications since its establishment with regard to the north side of the dwelling house, the rear facade and the arrangement of the barn.
Despite these modifications the main form has been well preserved.
Description
Farmhouse built in brick with a construction of collar-tie trusses and covered by a cambered thatched roof; chimney. Dwelling house with slightly arched 6-pane sash windows with mullions and natural stone window sills. Gable end with asymmetrical and partly modified arrangement; two 4-pane attic windows. Barn facade on the west side with manure doors and 4-pane round-arched stable windows; rear facade (modified) with timber braces and stable doors; east facade with arched 6-pane cast-iron stable windows and for the shrinkage a timber brace with passage door and on either side a narrow arched 6-pane stable window.
Evaluation
Farmhouse of cultural historical importance because of its special typological significance in the esker village landscape with regard to the use of collar-tie trusses; of architectural historical importance because of its design, type and recognisability in relation to the structural integrity of the surroundings and as such also of urban design importance.
