Haaks op de weg gelegen BOERDERIJ, opgetrokken in baksteen in sobere en functionele stijl, op een rechthoekige, later uitgebreid tot L- vormige, plattegrond. De opbouw van het woonhuis toont overeenkomsten met het middenhuis-type door de hogere noklijn. Zadeldak met pannen belegd; schoorstenen. De gevelindeling wordt bepaald door 6-ruits schuiframen in de zij- en voorgevels. De symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel (topgevel) heeft verder een 2-ruits raam en een 6-ruits zolderraam. Het in baksteen opgetrokken schuurgedeelte wordt gedekt door een schilddak. De aanbouw heeft een lagere noklijn; goot op klossen; gekoppelde 4-ruits stalramen; mestdeuren.
Waardering Boerderij van belang als essentieel en functioneel hoofdelement van het boerderijcomplex. Betrekkelijk gaaf en qua type zeldzaam.

FARMHOUSE set perpendicular to the road, built in brick in a sober and functional style, on a rectangular, later extended to L-shaped, floor plan. The construction of the dwelling house shows similarities with the central-passage house type through the higher ridge line. Gabled roof with pantile covering; chimneys. The facade arrangement is determined by 6-pane sash windows in the side and front facades. The symmetrically arranged front facade (gable end) furthermore has a 2-pane window and a 6-pane attic window. The barn section built in brick is covered by a hipped roof. The extension has a lower ridge line; gutter on corbels; coupled 4-pane stable windows; manure doors.
Evaluation Farmhouse of importance as an essential and functional main element of the farmstead complex. Relatively intact and typologically rare.
