Inleiding
Gebouwd rond 1930 in opdracht van het Ministerie van Justitie als SCHAAPSKOOI bij Bankenbosch. Het gebouw is overgeplaatst naar de Generaal van den Boschweg en wordt gebruikt als opslagruimte en timmerwerkplaats.
Omschrijving
In sobere stijl gebouwde en evenwijdig aan de Vijfde Wijk gelegen langgerekte schuur. Gedekt door een met pannen belegd zadeldak. De gevels zijn deels in hout en deels in baksteen opgetrokken. De zuidelijke topgevel heeft een (verbrede) inrijdeur met een smaller 18-ruits bovenlicht. Zijgevels met groen gebeitste houten ventilatieluiken en 6- ruits ramen (horizontaal geplaatst). Noordelijke zijde herbergt de werkplaats.

Built around 1930 on commission of the Ministry of Justice as a SHEEP SHELTER at Bankenbosch. The building has been relocated to the Generaal van den Boschweg and is used as storage space and carpentry workshop.
Description
A long shed built in sober style and situated parallel to the Vijfde Wijk. Covered by a gabled roof with tile covering. The facades are constructed partly in wood and partly in brick. The southern gable has a (widened) entrance door with a narrower 18-pane fanlight. Side facades with green stained wooden ventilation shutters and 6-pane windows (placed horizontally). The northern side houses the workshop.
Valuation
Essential and functional component of the exceptionally valuable complex Veenhuizen and of architectural, typological and urban planning importance. Rare and well-preserved.
