Inleiding
Haaks op de straat gelegen WINKEL/WOONHUIS gebouwd rond 1900 in een traditioneel-ambachtelijke stijl met specifieke vormgeving van de winkelpui. De bescherming is gericht op de voorgevel en de hoofdvorm van het gebouw.
Omschrijving
Op rechthoekige grondslag gebaseerd winkel/woonhuis met aan de westzijde een krimp, opgetrokken in baksteen en gedekt door een afgewolfd schilddak bedekt met een bouletpan; schoorsteen; windveren en geprofileerde daklijst aan de voorzijde. De asymmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel heeft aan de linker kant twee getoogde ramen met hanekam en tandlijst, de rechter kant bevat een van houtsnijwerk voorziene winkelpui bestaande uit deur met bovenlicht en winkelruit. De zolderverdieping bevat twee getoogde twee-ruits ramen en in het midden een openslaand 4-ruits raam die deels door de geprofileerde daklijst heen steekt.

Shop/dwelling house based on rectangular ground plan with on the west side a shrinkage, constructed in brick and covered by a curved hipped roof covered with a boulevard pan tile; chimney; wind vanes and moulded cornice at the front. The asymmetrically arranged front facade has on the left side two arched windows with cock comb and tooth moulding, the right side contains a shop front furnished with woodcarving consisting of door with fanlight and shop window. The attic storey contains two arched two-pane windows and in the middle an opening 4-pane window that partly projects through the moulded cornice.
Valuation
Shop/dwelling house of architectural-historical importance because of the specific functional development and its associated design, of urban-planning importance because of its significance in relation to the surrounding buildings and the appearance of the street.
