Inleiding
Gebouwd als GEREFORMEERDE KERK in 1915 naar ontwerp van de plaatselijke bouwkundige/aannemer J.S. van Peer in een typerende gereformeerde Eclectische stijl (met neo-gotische en neo-romaanse invloeden). Aan weerszijden van de entree een gevelsteen: "de eerste steen is gelegd door H. Waterink (voorg. der Gem.)" en "26 maart AD 1915". Het interieur is gemoderniseerd en valt, evenals de bijgebouwen aan de achterzijde (1947-1948 en 1960) en de pastorie (jaren zeventig) buiten de bescherming.
Omschrijving
Zaalkerk van vier traveeën gedekt door een zadeldak belegd met een geglazuurde platte friese pan; dakruiter met spits; gietijzeren goten op gemetselde klossen. Gevelopbouw met gemetselde plint voorzien van afzaten, lisenen en spaarvelden waarin de vensters zijn aangebracht; spitsboogvensters met gietijzeren tracering (waarin combinatie van driepas en ruitvorm); toepassing van negblokken en sluitstenen. De symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel met twee spistboogvensters en een klimmend boogfries bevat een dubbele opgeklampte deur met siergeheng; een spitsboogvormig bovenlicht met penanten en glas-in-lood invulling; daarboven een gekoppeld rondboogvenster.

Introduction
Built as a REFORMED CHURCH in 1915 according to the design of the local building contractor/builder J.S. van Peer in a characteristic reformed Eclectic style (with neo-gothic and neo-romanesque influences). On either side of the entrance a facade stone: "the first stone was laid by H. Waterink (minister of the Congregation)" and "26 March AD 1915". The interior has been modernised and falls, as do the auxiliary buildings at the rear (1947-1948 and 1960) and the parsonage (nineteen seventies) outside the protection.
Description
Hall church of four bays covered by a gabled roof tiled with a glazed flat Friesland pan tile; roof turret with spire; cast-iron gutters on laid corbels. Facade construction with laid plinth furnished with offsets, pilasters and spandrels in which the windows are placed; pointed-arch windows with cast-iron tracery (in which combination of trefoil and lozenge form); application of nég blocks and voussoirs. The symmetrically arranged front facade with two pointed-arch windows and a climbing arch frieze contains a double clamped door with ornamental hinges; a pointed-arch-shaped fanlight with pendants and leaded glass infill; above it a coupled round-arch window.
