Omschrijving
Gaaf tweede helft 19e eeuwse BOERDERIJCOMPLEX, bestaande uit haaks op de Marledijk staand woonhuis onder met pannen gedekt schilddak, bekroond door twee schoorstenen en parallel aan de dijk liggend aangebouwd bedrijfsgedeelte onder rieten wolfdak met uilebord.
Op het erf drie 19e eeuwse bijschuren, waarvan de twee parallel aan het bedrijfsgedeelte gelegen grote schuren worden gedekt door respectievelijk een rieten wolfdak met uileborden en een dito dak, waarvan de zijschilden zijn vervangen door golfplaat.
De kleinere schuur wordt gedekt door een rieten wolfdak met uileborden.
Het woonhuis is voorzien van getoogde zesruitsschuifvensters met luiken; een deur met bovenlicht en liggende vensters in de "mezzanino", in welke verdieping ook enige (jongere) staande vensters; kelderlichten met diefijzers, staafankers.
In linkerzijgevel blind venster met daarboven blind liggend venster. Langs de voet van de kap eenvoudige, geprofileerde kroon-gootlijst.
De bedrijfsgebouwen zijn voorzien van hoge inrijdeuren in de middenbeuk, en staldeuren in de zijbeuken; vierruitsvensters en andersoortige raam- en deuropeningen; vlechtingen langs de geveltoppen.
Een 19e eeuws gietijzeren hek scheidt het met leilinden beplante voorerf van de Marledijk. Zie ook K.B. nr 27, d.d. 22 januari 1981.

Description
Well-preserved second half 19th century FARMHOUSE COMPLEX, consisting of a dwelling house standing at right angles to the Marledijk, with a hipped roof covered in tiles, crowned by two chimneys, and a business section built parallel to the dike under a thatched half-hipped roof with an owl board.
Three 19th century outbuildings on the farmyard, of which the two large barns positioned parallel to the business section are covered respectively by a thatched half-hipped roof with owl boards and a similar roof, of which the side hips have been replaced by corrugated iron sheet.
The smaller barn is covered by a thatched half-hipped roof with owl boards.
The dwelling house is provided with arched six-pane sash windows with shutters; a door with fanlight and horizontal windows in the "mezzanine", on which storey there are also some (later) vertical windows; cellar lights with security bars, wall anchors.
On the left side gable a blind window with above it a blind horizontal window. Along the foot of the roof a simple, moulded cornice.
The business buildings are provided with tall carriage doors in the central aisle, and stable doors in the side aisles; four-pane windows and other types of window and door openings; wattle-work along the gable tops.
A 19th century cast-iron fence separates the front courtyard planted with lime trees from the Marledijk. See also Royal Decree no. 27, dated 22 January 1981.
