Omschrijving
BADHUISJE. Rustiek ornamenteel badhuisje op polygonaal grondplan uit de tweede helft van de 19e of het begin van de 20e eeuw. Wellicht werd het badhuisje in de jaren 1907-1908 door de tuinarchitect D. Tersteeg ontworpen. Het huisje, dat aan de zuidzijde van het eiland in de vijverpartij in landschapsstijl is geplaatst, bestaat uit een over het water uitgebouwd op twee houten pijlers rustend gedeelte op rechthoekig grondplan, overkapt door een rieten zadeldak en uit een hierop aansluitend 6-zijdig uitgebouwde centraalbouw op rode bakstenen onderdorpel onder rieten puntdak. De voorzijde is aan de over het water uitgebouwde zuid-gevel gesitueerd en is ingedeeld door een centraal aan deze zijde gelegen rechte deur met aan weerszijden een keperboog-vormig venster. In de beide zijgevels van dit gedeelte twee keperboog-vormige vensters.
In de twee naar het noorden gerichte zijden van de centraalbouw van het badhuisje een keperboog-vormig venster. In de hierop aansluitende zijden een recht deurkozijn. De gevels van het huisje zijn nog deels met verticale balkjes en met balkjes in visgraatmotief bezet.

Description
BATHHOUSE. Rustic ornamental bathhouse on polygonal ground plan from the second half of the 19th or the beginning of the 20th century. The bathhouse was possibly designed in the years 1907-1908 by landscape architect D. Tersteeg. The small building, which is placed on the south side of the island in the landscape-style pond layout, consists of a section built out over the water resting on two wooden pillars on rectangular ground plan, covered by a thatched saddle roof and an adjoining 6-sided extended central structure on a red brick plinth under thatched pitched roof. The front is situated at the south gable built out over the water and is articulated by a central straight door on this side with on either side a herringbone-arch-shaped window. In both side gables of this section two herringbone-arch-shaped windows.
In the two sides of the central structure of the bathhouse facing north a herringbone-arch-shaped window. In the adjoining sides a straight door frame. The gables of the small building are still partly fitted with vertical bars and with bars in herringbone motif.
