Omschrijving
PIJLERS, HEK EN BALUSTRADE. Twee vierkante witgeschilderde rode bakstenen hekpijlers in Lodewijk XVI-stijl uit de tweede helft van de 18e eeuw, afgesloten door een monumentale geprofileerde mergelstenen bovenstuk met afdekplaat en bekroond door een vaasvormig ornamentstuk. De noordoostelijke pijler is door een korte witgeschilderde rode bakstenen muur met het hoofdgebouw verbonden. De pijlers omlijsten een 19e-eeuws dubbel smeedijzeren hek met spijlen met pijlpuntvormige bekroning. Aansluitend aan de zuidwestelijke pijler een 19e-eeuws spijlenhek op een onderdorpel van witgeschilderde rode baksteen, die het tracé van de straat Vliek volgt en die het parkgedeelte aan deze zijde naar de openbare weg afsluit.

Description
PILLARS, FENCE AND BALUSTRADE. Two square whitewashed red brick gate pillars in Louis XVI style from the second half of the 18th century, finished with a monumental moulded marl stone cap-stone with coping slab and crowned by a vase-shaped ornamental piece. The northeastern pillar is connected to the main building by a short whitewashed red brick wall. The pillars frame a 19th-century double wrought-iron fence with spikes with arrow-point-shaped finials. Adjoining the southwestern pillar a 19th-century spiked fence on an underpinning of whitewashed red brick, which follows the line of the street Vliek and which closes off the park section on this side from the public road.
