BAKHUIS ANNEX DRUIVENKAS EN MUUR. In mergelsteen opgetrokken bakhuis uit de tweede helft van de 18e eeuw op rechthoekige grondslag onder met grijze pannen gedekt schildak, waarvan de schilden aan de onderzijden licht uitzwenken en waarvan het zuidwestelijke dakschild is afgewolfd.
De evenwijdig aan de ZO-vleugel van het bouwhuis gesitueerde ingangs (NW-)zijde is aan een kleine binnenplaats gelegen; centraal aan deze in vijf venstertraveeen gelede gevel een dubbele ingangsdeur met erboven in een in de muur uitgespaarde nis op de hartlijn van de deur een 4-ruitsvenster. Aan de linker zijde op het niveau van het bovenlicht een halfronde in de muur uitgespaarde nis en links hiervan een dubbel 4-ruitsvenster met 3-ruits bovenlicht. Rechts van de ingangsdeur op het niveau van het bovenlicht een dubbel 4-ruitsvenster met halfrond 3-ruits bovenlicht. Op de verdieping vijf halfronde ontluchtings- of vensteropeningen.
Linker (NO-)vleugel: centraal een bouwspoor van een mergelstenen kozijn van een rondboogvenster.
Rechter (ZW-)gevel: halverwege de gevel twee ronde ontluchtingsopeningen.
Achter (ZO-)gevel: langs de gehele lengte van de achtergevel een 19e-eeuwse druivenkas, met glazen lessenaars, rustende op rode bakstenen onderdorpel en zij-muren. De onderdorpel is vanouds van een aantal op gelijke afstand van elkaar geplaatste openingen voorzien, die als doorlaat van de druivenloten dienst doen; in verband met de natuurlijke toevoer van grondstoffen naar het wortelgestel werden de planten buiten de fundamenten van de kas gepoot om vervolgens via de openingen in de kas geleid te worden. Boven de kas bevinden zich twee rijen van vijf halfronde ontluchtings- of voormalige vensteropeningen. De rechter drie openingen van de bovenste rij alsmede de twee openingen links van de aan het rechter eind gesitueerde opening van de onderste rij zijn met mergelstenen dichtgemetseld.
Het bakhuis is door een deels mergelstenen en deels rode bakstenen door mergelstenen kantelen afgesloten muur uit circa 1850 met de ZO-vleugel van het bouwhuis verbonden. Aan de linker (NW-)zijde van de muur een deur met halfrond door drie roeden in een 4-ruitsvenster geleed bovenlicht. In het centrum van het muurveld een op de hoogte van het genoemde bovenlicht geplaatst halfrond venster met overeenkomstige roedenverdeling. Aan de rechter zijde een rechthoekige doorgang.
Inwendig: in de NO-hoek van de grootste aan de ZW-zijde van het bakhuis gelegen ruimte de bepleisterde bakstenen bakoven met rookkanaal. Op de verdieping de bakovenzolder.

Description
BAKEHOUSE ANNEX GRAPE HOUSE AND WALL. Bakehouse constructed of marl stone from the second half of the 18th century on a rectangular ground plan, covered with grey tiles in a hipped roof, the tiles of which curve down slightly at the lower edge and the southwestern roof tile of which is vaulted.
The entrance (NW) side situated parallel to the SE wing of the main building is located at a small courtyard; centrally on this facade divided into five window bays a double entrance door with above it in a niche recessed into the wall on the centerline of the door a 4-pane window. On the left side at the level of the fanlight a semicircular niche recessed into the wall and to the left of this a double 4-pane window with 3-pane fanlight. To the right of the entrance door at the level of the fanlight a double 4-pane window with semicircular 3-pane fanlight. On the storey five semicircular ventilation or window openings.
Left (NE) wing: centrally a building trace of a marl stone frame of a round-arch window.
Right (SW) facade: halfway across the facade two round ventilation openings.
Rear (SE) facade: along the entire length of the rear facade a 19th-century grape house, with glazed lean-to roofs, resting on a red brick underpinning and side walls. The underpinning is traditionally provided with a number of openings placed at equal intervals from one another, which serve as passageways for the grapevines; in order to ensure the natural supply of plant material to the root system, the plants were planted outside the foundations of the house and subsequently led into the house via the openings in the underpinning. Above the house there are two rows of five semicircular ventilation or former window openings. The right three openings of the upper row as well as the two openings to the left of the opening situated at the right end of the lower row are sealed with marl stone.
The bakehouse is connected to the SE wing of the main building by a wall partly constructed of marl stone and partly of red brick with marl stone crenellations, dating from circa 1850. On the left (NW) side of the wall a door with semicircular fanlight glazed by three glazing bars in a 4-pane window. In the centre of the wall field a semicircular window placed at the height of the aforementioned fanlight with corresponding glazing bar division. On the right side a rectangular passage.
Interior: in the NE corner of the largest room located on the SW side of the bakehouse the plastered brick baking oven with flue. On the storey the baking oven loft.
