BOERDERIJ "ZUID-HOEVE". Alleen overgebleven woongedeelte van een in de kern 16e-eeuwse boerderij van het type met dwarsvleugel waarin kelder en opkamer, in 1952 verbouwd tot villa.
Niet zozeer van belang uit het oogpunt van de architectuur, die alleen aan de oorspronkelijke voorzijde (oostzijde) nog herinnert aan de toestand voor de verbouwing, maar als blikvanger in de doorkijk vanaf de oprijlaan tussen de bospartijen B en C door naar het noorden.

Description
FARMHOUSE "ZUID-HOEVE". Only surviving residential part of a farmhouse of 16th-century origin of the type with transverse wing containing cellar and upper chamber, converted to a villa in 1952.
Not so much of importance from the point of view of architecture, which only recalls the condition before conversion at the original front (east side), but as a focal point in the vista from the drive between the wooded areas B and C towards the north.
