Omschrijving
Uit 1690 daterend, drie vakken breed vakwerkhuis op rechthoekige plattegrond, met lage verdieping en onder met blauwe muldenpannen gedekt zadeldakmet de nok evenwijdig aan de straat. Het vakwerk van de zijgevels en een gedeelte van de achtergevel is beklampt met c.q. vervangen door blokken mergel en baksteen. De gevels hebben een voet van breuksteen. De voorgevel heeft witgeschilderde, met leem gevulde vakken, zwart stijl- en regelwerk, een deur met gedeeld bovenlicht en twee vrij grote vensters op de begane grond en drie kleine tweelicht-vensters op de verdieping. Vanwege de constructie en de ouderdom een goed en representatief voorbeeld van 17e eeuwse vakwerkbouw en als zodanig van belang uit oogpunt van oudheidkundige en volkskundige waarde.

Description
Dating from 1690, three-bay-wide timber-framed house on rectangular ground plan, with low upper storey and covered with blue roof-tile gabled roof with the ridge parallel to the street. The timber framing of the side facades and part of the rear facade has been braced with or replaced by blocks of marl and brick. The facades have a base of broken stone. The front facade has whitewashed bays filled with lime, black posts and rails, a door with divided fanlight and two fairly large windows on the ground floor and three small two-light windows on the upper storey. Because of the construction and age a good and representative example of 17th-century timber-framed construction and as such of importance from the perspective of archaeological and ethnological value.
