Omschrijving
Vermoedelijk 18e eeuws VAKWERKHUIS op rechthoekige plattegrond, met lage verdieping, onder met blauwe Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak (nok I straat) met schild aan de Z-zijde, met aanbouw onder lessenaardak tegen de Z-gevel en met los bakhuis onder twee met Hollandse pannen gedekte zadeldakjes (nokken I straat) aan de O-zijde.
De vakwerkgevels van woonhuis en bakhuis hebben ten dele met leem, ten dele met baksteen gevulde vakken en zijn - bij het woonhuis boven de zwart geverfde stenen voet - geheel witgeschilderd.
De N-gevel van het woonhuis is tot ca. twee meter hoogte voorzien van een klamp in schoon metselwerk en daarboven bekleed met hout, en heeft op de begane grond en de verdieping een venster.
In de O-gevel van het woonhuis een deur met 4-ruits bovenlicht en op de begane grond en de verdieping twee 6-ruits vensters.
Vanwege de constructie, de hoofdvorm, de situering en de gaafheid is dit huis met los bakhuis een goed en representatief voorbeeld van 18e eeuwse vakwerkbouw en als zodanig van belang uit oogpunt van oudheidkundige en volkskundige waarde.

Description
Presumably 18th century HALF-TIMBERED HOUSE on rectangular floor plan, with low storey, under gabled roof covered with blue Dutch tiles (ridge I street) with hipped section on the S side, with extension under lean-to roof against the S facade and with separate bakehouse under two gabled roofs covered with Dutch tiles (ridges I street) on the E side.
The timber-framed facades of dwelling house and bakehouse have in part laths and clay, in part brick-filled panels and are - at the dwelling house above the black-painted stone base - entirely whitewashed.
The N facade of the dwelling house is provided to approximately two metres height with a clamping in fair brickwork and above it clad with timber, and has on the ground floor and the storey a window.
In the E facade of the dwelling house a door with 4-pane fanlight and on the ground floor and the storey two 6-pane windows.
Because of the construction, the main form, the location and the integrity, this house with separate bakehouse is a good and representative example of 18th century timber-framed construction and as such of importance from the point of view of archaeological and folkloristic value.
