BOERDERIJ annex voormalig CAFE met doorrit uit omstreeks 1900, gebaseerd op het kop-romptype en wat betreft materiaalgebruik en detaillering traditioneel vormgegeven. Voorhuis opgetrokken in baksteen en gedekt door een afgewolfd schilddak met blauwe, geglazuurde golfpan. In de voorgevel een portiek met gepaneelde deur met bovenlicht; lichtgetoogde zesruitsschuiframen en vierruits openslaande zolderramen; scheef ingezette inrijdeur. Kelderraam met diefijzers in oostelijke gevel. Opmerkelijk is de doorrit met inrijdeuren met ruitvormig bovenlicht, waartoe aan westelijke zijde de gevel is afgeschuind.
Het schuurgedeelte wordt gedekt door een rieten afgewolfd zadeldak met enkele rijen pannen onderlangs; staldeuren en overwegend gietijzeren vierruitsstalramen.

Description
FARMHOUSE adjoining former CAFE with carriage passage from around 1900, based on the head-and-body type and as regards material use and detailing traditionally designed. Front house built in brick and covered by a hipped roof tiled with blue, glazed corrugated tile. In the front gable a porch with panelled door with fanlight; arched six-pane sash windows and four-pane hinged attic windows; skew-set entrance door. Basement window with security bars in eastern gable. Remarkable is the carriage passage with entrance doors with diamond-shaped fanlight, for which the gable on the western side is angled.
The barn section is covered by a thatch-covered hipped roof with a few rows of tiles along the bottom; stable doors and predominantly cast-iron four-pane stable windows.
Valuation
Farmhouse adjoining former café of importance as the main component of the farmyard complex Boschlust.
