Mooi gelegen tweede helft 19e-eeuws noordwest-overijssels BOERDERIJCOMPLEX bestaande uit boerderij met dwarsdeel, twee schuren en een met zwerfkeitjes en klinkers bestraat gedeelte van het erf.
Uit baksteen op gedeeltelijke onderkeldering opgetrokken boerderij waarvan het woongedeelte wordt gedekt door een driezijdig aan voorzijde afgewolfd schilddak met topschoorsteen; vlechtingen; staafankers; in de voorgevel opgeklampte deur met bovenlicht met eenvoudig snijlicht en drie negenruitsschuiframen; alle met 1,5 steens hanekammen; twee vierruitszolderramen; de detaillering der beide zijgevels (met uitzondering van de teruggeplaatste dwarsdeeldeuren) niet oorspronkelijk. Het ten opzichte van het woongedeelte iets hogere en bredere bedrijfsgedeelte is opgetrokken gedeeltelijk uit steen en gedeeltelijk uit gepotdekselde houten delen en gedekt door een driezijdig rieten schilddak tegen grotendeels met houten delen beschoten rechte gevel aan voorzijde; uileborden; vlechtingen; staafankers. In de achter- en zijgevels teruggeplaatste deeldeuren, staldeuren en halfronde stalvensters met gietijzeren tracering.
Op het gedeeltelijk met zwerfkeitjes en klinkers bestrate erf:
- een uit baksteen opgetrokken schuurtje onder met pannen gedekt zadeldakje; windveren met makelaar; deuren; lichtgetoogde vensters met gietijzeren tracering.

Description
Beautifully situated second half of 19th-century north-western Overijssel FARMYARD COMPLEX consisting of farmhouse with cross-wing, two barns and a section of yard surfaced with glacial boulders and clinker bricks.
Farmhouse constructed in brick on partial underkellar, of which the residential part is covered by a three-sided hipped roof curved at front with ridge chimney; wattles; rod anchors; in the front gable a door attached with fanlight with simple cut lights and three nine-pane sash windows; all with 1.5 brick stone coping; two four-pane attic windows; the detailing of both side gables (with the exception of the replaced cross-wing doors) not original. The business part, somewhat higher and broader in relation to the residential part, is constructed partly of stone and partly of potash-filled wooden parts and covered by a three-sided thatched hipped roof against a largely timber-boarded straight gable at front; owl boards; wattles; rod anchors. In the rear and side gables replaced wing doors, stable doors and semi-circular stable windows with cast-iron tracery.
On the section of yard surfaced partly with glacial boulders and clinker bricks:
- a small barn constructed of brick under a saddle roof covered with tiles; wind vanes with crankshaft; doors; slightly arched windows with cast-iron tracery.
- a small barn constructed of potash-filled wooden parts under thatched hipped roof; doors; windows.
Second half of 19th-century north-western Overijssel farmyard complex consisting of farmhouse with cross-wing, two barns and section of yard surfaced with glacial boulders and clinker bricks of importance on account of the beautiful location and the formation characteristic of the area around Vollenhove-Steenwijk.
