Omschrijving
In oorsprong zeventiende-eeuws WOONHUIS met voor- en achterhuis, elk met verdieping onder pannen schilddak; het voorhuis met negentiende-eeuwse voorgevel en op de verdieping van het achterhuis de vroegere schuilkerk van de Oud-Katholieke gemeente. Het in baksteen op een natuurstenen plint opgetrokken voorhuis bezit een negentiende-eeuwse lijstgevel met puilijst; links de ingang met dubbele paneeldeuren en rechts twee T-vensters, evenals het bovenlicht getoogd en voorzien van een sluitsteen en van gestucte banden tussen de muurdammen; op de verdieping een drietal T-vensters, evenals de benedenvensters voorzien van een gestucte band ter verbinding van de vensterbanken. Het muurwerk van de zijgevels vertoont nog zeventiende-eeuwse bouwsporen. Inwendig resteren nog balken en sleutelstukken uit de bouwtijd, alsmede schuifvensters met kleine roedenverdeling. Het vanaf de Kokstraat mede toegankelijke achterhuis heeft een deels gepleisterde korte eindgevel en terzijde de uitbouw met toegangsportaal naar de schuilkerk, bekroond door een fronton. Inwendig resteert op de verdieping de door een houten tongewelf overdekte ruimte van de schuilkerk (sinds 1779 genaamd Sint-Anna en Maria en sinds 1937 buiten gebruik gesteld). Aan de korte tuinzijde rondom een galerij met balustrade, verlicht door een derde reeks vensters boven de overige vensters in het achterhuis. Aan de tegenovergelegen korte zijde resteert nog de marmeren altaar-omlijsting. Woonhuis met voor- en achterhuis en schuilkerk, en met waardevolle bouwhistorische onderdelen van belang wegens architectuur- en cultuurhistorische waarde.

Description
Originally seventeenth-century DWELLING HOUSE with front and rear house, each with storey under tiled hipped roof; the front house with nineteenth-century front facade and on the storey of the rear house the former hidden church of the Old Catholic parish. The front house, constructed in brick on a natural stone plinth, has a nineteenth-century cornice-topped facade with projecting cornice; on the left the entrance with double panel doors and on the right two T-windows, likewise arched with fanlight and provided with a keystroke and stuccoed bands between the wall piers; on the storey three T-windows, likewise the ground floor windows provided with a stuccoed band for the connection of the window sills. The brickwork of the side facades still shows seventeenth-century building traces. Internally beams and key-pieces remain from the construction period, as well as sash windows with small glazing bars. The rear house, also accessible from the Kokstraat, has a partly rendered short end gable and to the side the extension with access portal to the hidden church, crowned by a pediment. Internally remains on the storey the space of the hidden church covered by a wooden barrel vault (called Sint-Anna en Maria since 1779 and out of use since 1937). On the short garden side around a gallery with balustrade, lit by a third row of windows above the other windows in the rear house. On the opposite short side the marble altar surround remains. Dwelling house with front and rear house and hidden church, and with valuable building-historical components of importance on account of architectural and cultural-historical value.
