Omschrijving
Uit ca. 1750 daterend, aan een zijweggetje van de Banerheiderweg gelegen VAKWERKHUIS op rechthoekige plattegrond, onder verdieping en onder met blauwe muldenpannen gedekt zadeldak.
De zes vakken lange voorgevel heeft met leem gevulde vakken, een zwarte plint, zwart stijl- en regelwerk met hakmerken over de verbindingen, twee kleine vensters en twee deuren.
De zij- en achtergevel(s) zijn voorzien van een bakstenen klamp, witgeverfd met zwarte plint, en van spaarzaam aangebrachte kleine lichtopeningen.
Vanwege de constructie, de hoofdvorm en de bescheiden gevelopeningen een vrij gaaf en representatief voorbeeld van 18e eeuwse vakwerkbouw en als zodanig van belang uit oogpunt van oudheidkundige en volkskundige waarde.

Description
Dating from circa 1750, a HALF-TIMBERED HOUSE situated on a small side road off the Banerheiderweg, on a rectangular ground plan, with one storey and covered with a gabled roof of blue pantiles.
The six-bay front facade has bays filled with clay, a black plinth, black posts and horizontal members with adze marks across the joints, two small windows and two doors.
The side and rear facade(s) are provided with a brick clamp, painted white with a black plinth, and with sparsely positioned small light openings.
Because of the construction, the principal form and the modest facade openings, a fairly well-preserved and representative example of 18th century half-timbered construction and as such of importance from the perspective of archaeological and ethnological value.
