WATERSTOKERIJ. De waterstokerij is ondergebracht in een smal gebouw met gepleisterde zijgevel waarin twee dubbele ingangen en boven twee vensterstroken, en op de ZO-hoek voorzien van een smalle schoorsteen met afgeronde hoeken en ventilatiegaten in de top. Gelegen, aansluitend op een bouwstrook eengezinswoningen.
