GARAGE behorend bij het complex 'Huize Dennenrode' en ontworpen in 1922 door de Rotterdamse architect Michiel Brinkman in een expressionistische stijl, in opdracht van de Rotterdamse graanhandelaar A.M. van Dusseldorf Pz. Het oostelijke deel van de garage was als machinekamer met accumulatoren en pompruimte in gebruik.
Omschrijving.
Op rechthoekige grondslag en in baksteen opgetrokken verdiepingloos gebouw gedekt door een rieten schilddak met rode vorstpannen en een schoorsteen tegen de oostelijke nokhoek. De westgevel heeft twee dubbele inrijdeuren met rondgezette buitenhoeken op natuurstenen neuten en aan de langsgevels geaccentueerd door steunberen. De langsgevels hebben rondvensters met stijl en drie horizontale roeden; boven de rondvensters wipt het rietdak even op. Meer oostelijk zijn de gevels ingedeeld met opgeklampte deuren en ramen met vast kalf.

Description.
On rectangular ground plan and built in brick, a single-storey building covered by a thatch hipped roof with red roof crests and a chimney against the eastern ridge corner. The west facade has two double drive-in doors with rounded outer corners on natural stone sills and on the long facades emphasized by buttresses. The long facades have round windows with muntin and three horizontal glazing bars; above the round windows the thatch roof rises slightly. Further east the facades are divided with attached doors and windows with fixed lights.
