De oorspronkelijke winkelpanden zijn voorzien van een om de afgeronde hoek omgezette betonnen luifel, en op de afgeschuinde benedenhoek van een brede ingangsdeur, met grote etalageruiten in een stalen winkelpui aan de zijden en een oplopende plint. Elk gelegen op een van de hoeken van de (twee) U-vormige complexonderdelen tussen eengezinswoningen.
