VARKENSSCHUUR annex STOOKHUT gebouwd rond 1900 en haaks gelegen naast de zuidelijke zijgevel van de boerderij.
Omschrijving.
De varkensschuur met stookhut is opgebouwd uit baksteen en wordt gedekt door een schilddak met aan de voorzijde een topgevel; Bouletpan en schoorsteen. De voorgevel is symmetrisch ingedeeld met een deur en een vijfruits bovenlicht, zesruits schuiframen en een gietijzeren roosvenster. De zijgevels zijn voorzien van rondboogvensters met gietijzeren tracering en mestdeuren.

The pig barn with boiler house is constructed of brick and is covered by a hipped roof with a stepped gable at the front; Boulet tile and chimney. The front facade is symmetrically arranged with a door and a five-light fanlight, six-light sash windows and a cast-iron grille window. The side facades are provided with round-arched windows with cast-iron tracery and manure doors.
